| The Sverigecupen SC4 2005 took place in Umeå in the north of Sweden. Magnus and David arrived on Friday at lunch time after driving for 13 hours (1350 km). Half way into the practice on Friday the heaven opened and it started to rain heavily, so it was no meaning to practice any longer. |

| On Saturday morning it was perfect weather and the track was drying up very fast, so for the qualifying the track was in near perfect condition. After five qualifying rounds Magnus Pålsson Xray/Siro was in forth place. Magnus won his 1/2-final easily with one lap ahead of the second placed car. |

In the final Magnus started in fourth place, after the three first corners he was in tenth place - he was hit from behind in the start. But he took position after position and in the end was fighting for a podium finnish. It started too rain when it was about 15 minutes left of the final and Magnus car and tires really hooked in rain on the track, so in the end he was in second place.

The whole weekend the XB8 worked perfect and his pit crew did an excellent job.
Next race will be the Swedish Championship in Borås. Every race (except one) it has rained this year, we hope that the Swedsih Nats will be dry but the weather forecast says it should rain... |
